KRISTINE STRANGA is the founder of SoulTalkYoga and a speaker of the interactive sessions panel. Having discovered yoga in New York, she has been intensely practicing yoga around the world for the last 5 years.

Yoga influenced and improved Kristine's lifestyle, physical abilities and philosophy. She become curious about other yoga practitioners and during the class Kristine wanted to equally connect with deeper levels of her consciousness, as well as fellow yogis. However, in all visited yoga studios, attendees rarely talked to one another before or after the class. Kristine created SoulTalkYoga with those in mind, who would like to experience a more expansive and profound yoga practice.

Think of Soul Talk Yoga workshops as the necessary luxury self-time....with and around others.

ANNA has never been a ‘gym’ person - who needs to be going to the gym after a stressful day at work, when you can practice yoga, stretch and smile and have a laugh on your mat!

She enjoys teaching all levels of yoga - and love watching the development of a beginners practice and see the joy within them as they push through boundaries, both mentally and physically.

Through practicing many different types of yoga personally (vinyasa, rocket, forrest, yin, ashtanga), Anna believes the best of all is to practice both opposites of a vinyasa and yin practice. So Anna developed and loves teaching what she calls ‘yin-yasa-yoga’ - a dynamic vinyasa class ending with a relaxed yin sequence to close the practice.

MICHELLE is interested in unlocking the possibilities of the body and its many subtle layers. She first discovered the practise of Yoga during her tender teenage years opening her up to a new world of self-exploration and potential for greater connection. The ability to still her mind using breath and movement captivated Michelle leading her to complete her Vinyasa Flow teacher training in 2012.

Michelle’s experimentation with different styles of Yoga introduced her to the air. She began training in Aerial Yoga and found a new sense of space, lightness and expansion leading her to develop an innate love for the Aerial Arts and Circus.

Fascinated by eastern cultures and traditions Yoga steered Michelle towards India. There she was able to explore energetic practises, such as Ecstatic Dance, Kundalini and Meditation. This paved the way for her deeper exploration into the nature of consciousness.

Investigation into body, mind and consciousness through Yoga is ever expanding. Michelle believes sharing and gaining knowledge is key to encouraging healthier ways for people to learn, grow, expand and connect. Namaste.
